Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise is seeking a Temporary CNA/Nurse Apprentice for the Telemetry floor. The role involves assisting with patient care and coordinating clerical tasks under the supervision of licensed nurses.

Shifts are 12 hours, with a 7:00am–7:30pm schedule and flexibility for weekdays, weekends, and holidays. This is a part‑time position offering comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a progressive care unit.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification or Nurse Apprentice application required.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers required at hire.
• Six months CNA experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Demonstrates ability to care for all age groups (Neonate to Geriatric).

Responsibilities

• Support clinical staff at the unit level by performing clerical, receptionist and patient service coordination.
• Perform nursing care services and related non-professional services under the direction and supervision of the licensed nurse.
