Chino Valley Medical Center in Southern California seeks a Monitor Technician to support the Telemetry/Med-Surg unit. The role involves indirect patient care, rhythm monitoring, and coordinating orders with the nursing team. A CNA path may allow brief direct care under RN supervision.

Required: high school diploma, Dysrhythmia Interpretation Certificate within 30 days, BLS at hire. Part-time, Day shift, benefits with total rewards program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required for all new hires.
• Dysrhythmia Interpretation Certificate within 30 days of hire and maintain current.
• BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.

Responsabilités

• Monitor cardiac rhythms via direct cardiac monitors and provide indirect care.
• Transcribe physician orders in absence of CPOE/EMR system and verify test orders.
• Prepare and compile patient records across Med/Surg/Telemetry units.
• Order supplies and maintain patient charts; assist RN when safe.
• May provide direct patient care under RN supervision if CNA qualified.
