Job summary

Talentify is seeking a dedicated Telemetry Observer to monitor patient ECGs under supervision. You will observe cardiac rhythms on monitors, interpret rhythms, and communicate any changes to the nursing staff to ensure patient safety.

You will also confirm lead placement and maintain clean, functional telemetry equipment. Under direct supervision, you will support the nursing team by documenting rhythm findings, posting rhythm stripes, and assisting with code blues as needed.

Responsibilities

• Observe cardiac rhythm of patients on monitor.
• Run and post rhythm stripes at designated intervals.
• Notify nursing staff of rhythm changes.
• Check lead placement on patients.
• Identify and respond to unusual or abnormal patient conditions.
• Clean equipment after use and ensure it is in good working order.
