Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to the assigned patient care unit.
• File orders and reports into charts accurately.
• Manage the work environment to maintain a safe, cost-effective unit.
• Order supplies and restock crash carts after codes as needed.
• Transcribe physician orders with nursing staff signatures for accuracy.
• Monitor telemetry and report rhythm changes to RN staff immediately.
