Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythms via direct cardiac monitors.
• Transcribes physician orders in the absence of CPOE/EMR clinical documentation system.
• Verifies that lab tests and radiology tests have been ordered and done.
• Prepares and compiles records in the Emergency Department; daily chart preparation.
• Assist nursing staff with indirect patient care duties without distracting from dysrhythmia monitoring.
