Qualifications

• 5+ years owning outcomes, not just completing tasks.
• Equal parts CPR Certification depth and Telemetry Monitoring curiosity.
• At least 5 years of standing behind your own estimates.

Responsibilities

• Pre-chart the next admission from the referral packet so the room is ready when they roll in
• Build rapport with anxious patients before Specimen Collection procedures, lowering both pulse and fear
• Track BLS Certification metrics on your panel and surface trends to the care team weekly
• Coordinate discharge planning alongside case management, social work, and the patient's family in Grand Rapids
• Deliver direct patient care in line with established clinical protocols and care plans
• Move patients safely through Care Plan Development imaging, positioning for the cleanest possible study
