Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for Medical-Surgical and Telemetry in Sonora, CA. This 13-week contract offers day shifts, 36–40 hours per week, and in-office requirements. Start date is to be determined.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in M/S and Telemetry, a current RN license, BLS, and proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation. ACLS preferred. Travel or contract experience is a plus, with EMR experience and strong communication skills valued to

Qualifications

• Active RN license (state-specific or compact).
• 1–2 years in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• ACLS certification preferred by facility.
• Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to Medical-Surgical and Telemetry patients.
• Monitor, interpret, and respond to cardiac rhythms and telemetry data.
• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Document patient care accurately and in compliance with facility policies.
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition, including emergency situations.
