Job summary

Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week Med Surg/Telemetry contract in California. Shifts available: Day 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or Night 7:00 PM–7:00 AM. Local pay is $52/hr on W2; travel pay is $2,400.00 per week gross.

The RN will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans, monitor conditions, administer treatments, and coordinate discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in California.
• Minimum 2 years telemetry experience.
• Minimum 2 years inpatient adult acute care nursing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Delegate patient care activities while promoting safe, high-quality care.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Develop and implement patient education and discharge plans.
• Provide compassionate, age-appropriate, and culturally sensitive care.
• Establish short- and long-term care goals based on treatment plans and patient preferences.
• Assess and document patients' physical and psychosocial conditions and responses to treatment.
