Job summary

Healthforce is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Travel Med Surg/Telemetry assignment in Lodi, California. The 13-week shift is nights (6:30 PM–7:00 AM) with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Start date is 11/22/2026. This travel role focuses on adult inpatient care in a Short Term Acute Care Hospital setting.

Required are an RN license, BLS and ACLS, plus at least two years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience. BSN preferred. Fast credentialing and 24/7 recruiter support are offered.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum two years Med Surg/Telemetry experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care to Med Surg/Telemetry patients using the nursing process.
• Monitor patient status, administer medications and interventions, document changes, and communicate variations to the care team.
• Collaborate with physicians, unit staff, and other disciplines; participate in discharge planning and patient/family education.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned nursing staff on the unit.
• Maintain a safe, healing environment with proper telemetry monitoring and infection control practices.
• Facilitate continuity of care and learning opportunities for patients, families, and colleagues.
