You will deliver focused nursing care, monitor patients, administer medications, and support the care team under supervision of RNs and physicians.

This position emphasizes timely documentation, family communication, and transitioning patients along the recovery path.

Qualifications

• LPN/LVN license required.
• Associate Degree or Vocational School graduate.
• BLS certification within 30 days.
• IV therapy within 90 days.
• No travel required.

Responsabilités

• Providing focused nursing care for patients with complex needs by administering medications, managing lines or drains, and assisting with interventions.
• Observing patients for status changes and escalating concerns to support early intervention.
• Documenting timely updates to help the care team coordinate in a high-acuity environment.
• Helping patients and families understand conditions and recovery steps with clarity and comfort.
• Working with RNs, providers, and specialists to stabilize patients and guide transitions toward recovery.
