Qualifications

• LPN/LVN license required.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• IV therapy certification within 90 days of start date.

Responsabilités

• Provide focused nursing care for complex patients, including meds, lines, or drains.
• Monitor patients for status changes and escalate promptly.
• Document timely updates for care coordination in a high-acuity setting.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and recovery steps.
• Collaborate with RNs and physicians to guide transitions toward recovery.
