Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking an LVN/LPN for the Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, IL. This full-time, day-shift position in the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry department offers a sign-on bonus and competitive compensation.

Location is Chicago, IL with free parking. Eligible candidates must hold a valid LPN/LVN license, IV and BW certifications within 90 days, BLS and ACLS credentials, and have healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required.
• IV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification within 90 days of hire date.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ACLS (AHA) certificate 90 days upon hire and maintain current.
• Work experience in health care preferred.

Responsibilities

• The LVN/LPN provides direct and indirect patient care within telemetry under RN supervision, ensuring safety and comfort and improving patient experience.
