Requires LPN/LVN licensure, IV and BW certifications within 90 days, BLS on hire, and ACLS within 90 days; healthcare experience preferred. Responsibilities include direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision, ensuring safety,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required.
• IV certification and BW certification within 90 days of hire.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ACLS (AHA) certificate 90 days upon hire and maintain current.
• Work experience in health care preferred.

Responsibilities

• The LVN/LPN provides direct and indirect patient care within telemetry under RN supervision.
• Maintain safety and improve patient experience in the telemetry setting.
