Inova Fairfax Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Medical Telemetry Float Pool. This full-time position features day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Active RN licensure in Virginia or eligible for licensure.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience; critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient health assessments and interpret data.
• Create and adjust care plans based on assessments and trends.
• Support patients and families through health decisions and transitions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet outcomes.
• Document care activities and maintain records per standards.
• Mentor team members and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.
