Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic's St. Mary Medical Center in Bucks County is seeking a part-time Nurse Assistant for the MG2 Telemetry unit. You will support RN-guided patient care, assist with transfers, meals, and basic care on a day shift.

The position requires CNA or completed nursing clinical rotations, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and BLS, with 1 year of relevant experience or EMT in lieu of certification. Per diem Tier III with 144 hours/6 weeks and weekend shifts.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• PA Nurse Aide Registry (CNA) or completion of a minimum of one semester of clinical rotations in an accredited nursing program required.
• 1 year of relevant experience and/or relevant certification (EMT) is considered in lieu of required certification/clinical rotation.
• BLS Required.

Mansioni

• Performs direct and indirect patient care activities following RN instructions and physician orders.
• Obtain supplies to ensure patient rooms are ready for admission and cleared at discharge/transfer.
• Assists with feeding patients and monitors intake/output.
• Collects specimens (urine, clean catch, Foley, stool samples for C. diff) as directed.
• Assists with heat/cold applications, wraps, and assistive devices as needed.
• Participates in hourly rounding and safety checks to reduce patient harm and support patient comfort.
• Seeks guidance from the Nurse Manager or designee for conflict resolution.
