AdventHealth is hiring for a Nursing Assistant/Patient Care Technician to assist with delegated patient care tasks under RN supervision. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care, document vitals, and support telemetry monitoring in a team-driven environment.

The role requires CNA or equivalent certification, with opportunities for training and growth. NEW HIRE SIGN-ON BONUS UP TO $10,000 is available; schedule is full-time daytime in Littleton, CO.

Responsibilities

• Assists with safe delegated patient care tasks under RN supervision
• Provides person-centered care with sensitivity and respect
• Assists care team in achieving daily patient and family goals
• Delivers quality patient care including hygiene, safety, nutrition
• Reports patient status changes to RN promptly
• Monitors and documents patient data and telemetry
• Ensures telemetry equipment and alarms are set correctly
• Gathers and communicates concerns regarding hazards or errors
• Maintains patient records and coordinates with healthcare team
• Supports training of other staff and volunteers
