Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms for new admissions and set up care items.
• Welcome admissions and orient patients to rooms.
• Assist with transporting patients and ensure safety.
• Document vital signs, intake/output, and weights per policy.
• Collect and label specimens at bedside and send to lab.
• Maintain patient records and respond to call lights promptly.
