Qualifikationen

• Certified Nurse Assistant certification required.

• Performs basic patient care activities per hospital policy, including taking vital signs, assisting with meals, catheter care, hygiene, positioning, specimen collection and treatments.
• Answers call lights promptly and supports unit teamwork to maintain a positive work environment.
• Uses plan of care to assist licensed nurses and participate in data collection and documentation to hospital standards.
• Demonstrates knowledge of patient condition and escalates nursing supervision when needed.
