Northwest Hospital’s Observation unit is a 20-bed telemetry-focused area where most patients stay under 24 hours. As an RN on this unit, you will provide safe, age-appropriate patient care and act as an advisor, resource, and leader for other members of the patient care team.

The role requires Maryland RN licensure or eligibility, current Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certifications, and 1–3 years of nursing experience. Pediatric Life Support is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Maryland RN license or be eligible.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• 1–3 years of nursing experience.
• Telemetry and stroke care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, age-appropriate patient care.
• Act as advisor, resource, and leader for the patient care team.
• Support telemetry monitoring and stroke/ACLS-focused care.
