Meritus Health Inc is seeking a skilled RN for the Observation Unit on the Nightshift. This on-site position covers a 20-bed Telemetry Observation Unit (2 South) with 630pm–7am hours. A sign-on bonus up to 30,000 USD is available and the team emphasizes collaboration and high-acuity patient care.

Education requires ASN with BSN preferred and at least one year of hospital experience. Maryland RN license or eligible compact license is required, with BLS mandatory and ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• ASN required for RN licensure.
• BSN preferred for advancement.
• Minimum one year of hospital experience.
• MD RN license or compact state license with Maryland eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide care on a 20-bed Telemetry Observation Unit (2 South).
• Perform high-acuity nursing duties and patient monitoring.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure timely care.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to certifications and standards.
