Responsibilities

• Assists with daily living activities and specified treatments under RN supervision
• Performs clerical duties and supports patient flow coordination
• Communicates with the health care team and respects patients and families
• Maintains safe environment and reports hazards; follows infection control policies
• Documents in medical records per unit guidelines
• Performs basic patient care tasks under RN supervision and completes tasks on time
