Responsibilities

• Performs purposeful hourly rounding focusing on Pain, Position, Personal needs and Possessions.
• Applies the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, discharge planning.
• Provides professional direct and indirect patient care in the telemetry setting.
• Maintains patient privacy, dignity and confidentiality while delivering care.
