Qualifications

• The Monitor Technician observes and analyzes the cardiac rhythm of patients on telemetry and hardwire monitor under the supervision of the RN/LPN.
• The Monitor Technician must demonstrate competency in cardiac arrhythmia, accurate record keeping and logging.
• The monitor Technician is responsible and accountable for following established policies and procedures and established standards.
