Job summary

NuvoAir Medical is seeking an outpatient pulmonary/primary care physician in New York. You will evaluate and manage adults with COPD, asthma and related conditions, coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team and documenting in the EHR.

Responsibilities include reviewing spirometry, PFTs and imaging, adjusting treatments, educating patients, and ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations. Telemedicine experience is preferred to support diverse patient needs.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice medicine in New York state.
• Board-certified or eligible in pulmonary/primary care.
• Experience delivering outpatient pulmonary care and telemedicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pulmonary and primary care to adults with COPD, asthma and related conditions.
• Perform evaluations, follow-ups, and coordinate care with other providers.
• Review spirometry, PFTs, imaging and related data.
• Manage treatment plans, medication adjustments and patient education.
• Collaborate with respiratory therapists, nurses and care coordinators.
• Document care in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Adhere to clinical protocols, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
