NuvoAir Medical in Arizona is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide outpatient pulmonary and primary care to adults with COPD, asthma, chronic cough, and related respiratory conditions. The role involves ~7:45 am–4:30 pm, four days a week, and collaboration with supervising pulmonologists to evaluate patients and coordinate care.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Arizona.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience in pulmonary, internal medicine, family medicine, or related specialty.
• Comfort with outpatient care delivery models.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Comfortable working in an EMR.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pulmonary and primary care to adult patients with COPD, asthma, chronic cough, and other respiratory disorders.
• 4 days/week approx 7:45a-4:30pm.
• Conduct patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and care coordination with supervising pulmonologists.
• Review pulmonary diagnostics including spirometry, PFTs, imaging, and other data.
• Manage treatment plans, medication adjustments, and patient education.
• Collaborate with respiratory therapists, nurses, care coordinators, and staff.
• Document care accurately within the EMR and adhere to clinical protocols.
