[Actively Hiring] We're seeking talented, high-performing, and passionate Board-Certified Telehealth Physicians (FM, IM, EM, etc.) to join our expanding network via You Health Medical Groups.

Telehealth providers working on the Hims & Hers platform are employed by You Health Medical Groups. The telemedicine team manages business operations, enabling providers to focus on patient care. Providers must reside in the continental US.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high-quality, synchronous care by assessing, screening, diagnosing, prescribing, and titrating medications as needed.
2. Provide excellent clinical customer service with prompt and empathetic care.
3. Manage clinical care for conditions like sexual health, hair loss, and weight loss, depending on your specialty.
4. Follow all platform guidelines and complete required training.

Requirements:

1. Medical Degree (MD/DO).
2. Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Obesity Medicine, or related fields.
3. At least 1 year of clinical practice experience, excluding training.
4. Active medical license in Arkansas, Mississippi, or Oklahoma.
5. Willingness to work more than 10 hours per week is preferred.
6. Strong diagnostic skills, excellent communication, and proficiency with EMR systems.
7. Comfortable providing synchronous video care.
8. Skilled in using online tools and technology for patient care and communication.
9. Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality care.
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
