Hiring Telemedicine Clinicians at Hims & Hers

[Actively Hiring] We're seeking talented, high-performing, and passionate Board-Certified Telehealth Physicians (FM, IM, EM, etc.) to join our expanding network through You Health Medical Groups.

Telehealth providers serving patients on the Hims & Hers platform are employed by You Health Medical Groups. The team manages business operations, allowing providers to focus on patient care. Providers must reside in the continental US.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high-quality, synchronous care by assessing, screening, diagnosing, prescribing, and titrating medication as needed.
2. Provide empathetic and prompt clinical customer service on the platform.
3. Manage clinical care for conditions such as sexual health, hair loss, and weight loss (based on your specialty).
4. Follow platform guidelines and complete all required training.

Requirements:

1. Medical Degree (MD/DO).
2. Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Obesity Medicine, or related specialties.
3. At least 1 year of clinical practice experience (excluding training).
4. Active license in Arkansas, Mississippi, or Oklahoma.
5. Willingness to work more than 10 hours per week is a plus.
6. Strong diagnostic, communication, and EMR skills.
7. Comfortable providing synchronous video care.
8. Proficient with online tools and technology.
9. Caring, detail-oriented, and committed to quality patient care.
10. Excellent communication skills emphasizing clarity and compassion.
