Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering virtual care across 44 states. This fully remote physician role offers independent contractor status with a per-consult compensation model and scalable earnings based on visit length and time commitment.

Physicians licensed in at least five U.S. states join a provider-support network, work 15–20 hours weekly, and benefit from a modern EMR/telehealth platform, streamlined onboarding, and malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Physicians must hold an active medical license in at least five U.S. states and be willing to obtain additional licenses.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice is required.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days and submit schedules a week in advance.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence are essential.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs; DEA registration is required where applicable.
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care, especially in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and history reviews.
• Prescribe and guide treatments; coordinate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support decisions.
• Collaborate with providers and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay abreast of telehealth innovations and best practices.
• Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on addiction treatment where applicable.
