Job summary

QuickMD, a leading telemedicine provider, offers fully virtual, independent-contractor physician roles across the United States. Physicians can set their own weekly schedule, perform high-quality consultations, and focus on patient care with minimal administrative burden.

Licensed physicians in multiple states can work 15+ hours per week, with compensation tied to per-visit completions. Fast onboarding and insurer-backed malpractice coverage are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states; willingness to obtain more (QuickMD covers costs).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Willing to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days; schedule submitted a week in advance.
• Active DEA registration and state CSL where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including assessments, history reviews, and treatment.
• Build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships and deliver compassionate care.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications within policy; buprenorphine allowed for opioid use disorder treatment as applicable.
• Collaborate with physicians and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
