Job summary

QuickMD, a leading telemedicine provider, seeks physicians licensed in at least five U.S. states. All work is fully virtual with independent contractor status. Participate in addiction care and general telehealth from anywhere, with a flexible weekly schedule and a streamlined credentialing process.

Compensation is per visit, with potential to earn up to six figures annually based on hours and visit length; extensive state licensing and EMR/telemedicine platform familiarity are expected.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states; willingness to obtain more.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to schedule at least 15 hours weekly over four days.
• Strong communication skills and clinical excellence.
• Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and EMRs; training provided.
• Active DEA registration and state CSL where required.
• Genuine commitment to expanding access to care in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care including patient assessments and history reviews.
• Deliver patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications within scope (no C‑subs except buprenorphine for OUD).
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
