Job summary

BTI Solutions, Inc. seeks a Validation Engineer – Contractor to perform telematics validation testing on bench and in vehicles, using test benches and OEM partners.

You will create and execute test cases, analyze results, and coordinate with R&D across North America and Korea. The role requires the ability to travel domestically and a BS in engineering or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically as needed.
• Experience with telematics systems and test methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience setting up test benches and driving tests.

Responsibilities

• Perform validation testing for telematics products using benches and vehicles.
• Create and execute test cases aligned with product requirements.
• Analyze test results to verify conformance to specifications.
• Set up test benches and perform software updates; conduct field tests with OEM partners.
• Provide OEM support including module flashing and drive-test support.
• Collaborate with R&D teams across regions to share information and resolve issues.
