Root is seeking an Engineering Manager II to lead the Telematics Technology domain, guiding the engineers who deploy and operate production systems turning granular driving data into risk signals for pricing and customer experience.

You will collaborate with Data Science, Pricing, and Underwriting to set domain strategy, maintain healthy teams, and deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure across Telematics Platform and Telematics Experience.
