Job summary

BJC Medical Group is seeking a Part-Time RN for Telehealth in a remote Access Center, serving adult and pediatric patients. The role emphasizes assessment, clinical judgment, and directing patients to the correct level of care from a fast-paced remote environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of RN experience in ED or Med/Surg, an active RN license in MO or IL, and BLS. A flexible schedule includes 24 hours/week, 1 330-2200 shift, weekends and holidays rotation.

Qualifications

• RN experience in Emergency Department or Medical Surgical settings.
• 2–5 years of RN experience required.
• RN license active in MO or IL with BLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients telephonically using the nursing process and direct to appropriate care.
• Provide patient education and support with verbal and written instructions.
• Coordinate care using multiple software applications and telehealth tools.
• Process routine tasks like medication refills, orders, and scheduling with accuracy.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and staff to ensure safe, quality care.
