Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver expert virtual nutrition care for midlife and menopausal transitions. Join a multi-specialty team—your own patient-facing schedule, autonomy, and collaboration with medical providers and therapists drive comprehensive care.

You will provide evidence-based nutrition therapy, maintain documentation, and uphold privacy and compliance standards while delivering flexible, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• National RD or RDN certification with a license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and collaboration with multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for patients during midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate within a multi-specialty care team with the patient’s medical provider and therapist to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program format to support sustainable lifestyle changes and symptom management.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, body composition, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for all visits conducted through the Pomelo platform.
