BlueSky Telepsych is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide high‑quality psychiatry care via telehealth in an outpatient setting.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as clinically appropriate, delivering patient‑centered care remotely with flexible days and hours. Collaboration with therapists and prescribers, regular team staffing, and attendance at weekly clinical conferences are expected.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one of the states served (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA).
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed to support patient access and BlueSky's growth.
• PMHNP with at least six months of experience.
• Not owning or operating a private practice.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals.
• Strong clinical background in psychiatry and behavioral health.
• Knowledge of assessment and diagnosis of psychiatric disorders and psychopharmacological treatment.
• Familiarity with non-pharmacological and evidence-based behavioral health interventions.
• Strong computer skills and comfort with EHRs and telehealth platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as appropriate.
• Ensure all patient care complies with laws, regulations, standards, and ethics.
• Collaborate with therapists and a psychiatric prescriber in a team setting.
• Participate in regular staffing to discuss cases and clinical topics.
• Deliver clinical services remotely from home with flexible days and hours.
• Attend clinical conferences four times per week; attend weekly sessions during initial 90 days.
