Position Summary

As a key member of our clinical team, you will play an essential role in delivering patient-centered MSK care through telehealth visits, asynchronous communication, and collaborative clinical discussions. This role is ideal for proactive, compassionate, and tech-savvy Physical Therapists eager to work in a dynamic, fast-growing startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Physical Therapy evaluations and follow up visits via telehealth.
• Provide PT diagnosis of MSK conditions using comprehensive patient information.
• Manage your caseload, ensuring that patients are engaging and progressing in the program.
• Leverage digital tools to engage with patients outside of scheduled appointments.
• Escalate concerns to Physician Team members for discussion.
• Collaborate regularly with multidisciplinary team members to review patient outcomes and progress.
• Engage with the broader clinical team to discuss complex cases and share best practices.
• Adhere to and help refine clinical protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in clinical and operational initiatives to enhance patient care.
• Assign tasks to administrative team to facilitate patient needs.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic setting.
• Licensed to practice in at least 1 of the following states AK, AL, AR, CT, DE, HI, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, OK, RI, SC, SD, TN, VT, VA.
• Strong commitment to delivering top-tier MSK care with empathy and efficiency.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Enthusiastic about healthcare innovation and digital health solutions.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional remote workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in multiple states listed above.
• Experience in telemedicine.
• Background in health-tech and/or multidisciplinary healthcare settings.
• Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends to accommodate patient needs.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses.

Logistics
