Job summary

Fox Health seeks experienced Pediatric Speech Therapists to provide telehealth services in North Carolina and beyond. We welcome immediate and future start dates and partner closely with each therapist to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

As a therapist, you will manage a full caseload, develop individualized treatment plans, document daily progress, and collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to drive outcomes while maintaining state licensure and payer

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy using accepted best practices
• Manage a full caseload including evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharges
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans with clear short- and long-term goals
• Complete timely, accurate daily documentation in accordance with company and payer requirements
• Communicate consistently and effectively with families and caregivers to support carryover
• Ensure services and documentation meet state licensure, payer, and company standards
• Support clinical quality through adherence to best practices and participation in documentation reviews
• Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams on outcomes, performance improvement, and workflow planning
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive work culture
• Maintain responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development
