Job summary

Real Help, a division of Northeast Family Services, seeks bilingual licensed clinicians in Massachusetts to provide outpatient telehealth services for children, adults, and families from home.

We offer 100% telehealth, W-2 employment, and flexible hourly fee-for-service schedules with competitive rates and bonuses for bilingual skills; supervision, professional development, and licensure assistance are provided to support your practice.

Qualifications

• Masters level or MA license in MA required.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in our EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary.

Unlike many telehealth companies, Real Help hires clinicians as W-2 employees, offering flexible hourly fee-for-service positions.

What You’ll Do

Who You Are

• Masters Level OR Licensed Clinician in MA (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT)
• Compassionate, motivated clinician seeking flexibility and meaningful work
• Comfortable managing your schedule and caseload
• Availability that includes some evenings or weekends
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Bilingual- Spanish or Portuguese
