Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years NP experience, incl. 2 in adult oncology with urgent care.
- Unrestricted NP license; willingness to obtain additional state licenses.
- Experience with telehealth and care coordination in a team setting.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage urgent symptoms via telemedicine for identified members.
- Develop comprehensive care plans with onboarding RNs and clinicians.
- Oversee interdisciplinary case conferences for complex member needs.
- Provide clinical oversight and ensure high-quality documentation.
