1099, 24+ hours/week (Multiple State Licenses + DEA Required)

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a national after-hours care team supporting residents in senior living and skilled nursing settings. This is a fully remote position responsible for delivering telephonic and virtual care during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.- In this work-from-home role, you’ll deliver after-hours care virtually (primarily by phone) to aging residents across multiple states. This position offers both autonomy and purpose—you’ll be the trusted voice and clinical partner helping residents and facility staff during critical times, making an immediate impact in the lives of older adults.

Location:

• Remote, equipment provided

Schedule:

• 24+ hours / week
• Weekend shift requirement (48 hours of weekend availability / month minimum - 12 hour shifts Saturdays or Sundays, any time of day)
• Overnight shifts available for pick up (5p - 8a)

Requirements:

• Must be licensed in MO, IA, KS, and/or OH. Multi-state licensure required.
