Job summary
ChenMed is seeking a Supervisor, Advanced Practice Providers (APP), CareLine to oversee remote diagnostic patient care via telehealth. The role leads a remote team of Nurse Practitioners and ensures after-hours coverage and documentation accuracy.
You will coordinate with COEs, develop clinical programs, manage APP schedules, and mentor staff while maintaining high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership in telemedicine and multi-state licensure are essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) and graduate of a school of nursing for Advanced Practice Nursing with certification in area of specialty.
- Master's degree in Nursing required; BLS within 90 days; board certification by AANP/ANCC; multistate licensure including FL.
Responsibilities
- Oversee diagnostic care via virtual telehealth; supervise remote NP team.
- Develop and oversee APP during shifts; manage workflow.
- Assist/manage team schedules and mentor colleagues.
- Lead telemedicine initiatives to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Coordinate with other COEs and clinical teams to improve operations.
- Document assessments and care plans; ensure compliance with guidelines.
