Atrius Health is seeking a Per Diem Adult Tele-Health Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) to join our Boston, MA team. You will conduct telephone and virtual encounters, provide evidence-based clinical recommendations, and manage patient dispositions in a fast-paced telehealth setting.

Required MA NP/PA licensure, DEA registration, BLS, and at least 2 years in primary care/urgent care. Epic experience and strong communication are highly valued.

Formación

• MA licensure as NP or PA in Massachusetts.
• DEA registration and controlled substance privileges.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in primary/urgent/emergency medicine or related field.
• Ability to work independently with strong clinical decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and manage patient concerns via telephone and virtual encounters.
• Assess symptoms, determine acuity, and provide guidelines-based recommendations.
• Facilitate dispositions including home care, urgent care, or ED referral.
• Document all patient interactions in the EMR.
• Operate with Epic and other telehealth tech.
• Collaborate with PSRs, RNs, and leadership to support workflow.
