GoldenScript seeks a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Patient Safety team. You’ll conduct high‑volume telehealth visits, screen for medication effects, and order lab testing to understand how patients respond to therapy. A NJ license and national board certification are required, with 2+ years of NP experience preferred.

The role is remote, with visits from patients’ homes. You’ll document in our EHR, participate in program handoffs, and escalate when a clinical decision is needed

Competenze

• Active NJ NP license and national board certification.
• 2+ years NP experience including telehealth and primary care.
• Strong working knowledge of common drug classes and monitoring requirements.
• Comfortable with high-volume, protocol-driven visits.

Mansioni

• Run a full day of telehealth visits (scheduled home visits ~16/day or live handoffs) and manage unscheduled visits.
• Ask a standardized set of screening questions about how patients feel and tolerate medications; capture non-charted conditions.
• Obtain patient consent, order testing as needed, and explain next steps to the patient and aide.
• Document every visit in the EHR.
• Escalate to the clinical team when issues fall outside a short visit scope.
