Job summary

Open Doors to Redefining Therapeutic and Consulting Services, LLC is seeking licensed professional counselors (LPCs) or residents in counseling for part-time, independent contractor roles. You will provide outpatient mental health services via telehealth to a Virginia-based population, with flexible weekday morning/evening or weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia LPC license or Virginia Resident in Counseling status.
• Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or related qualifying field.
• Experience providing outpatient mental health services preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while remaining engaged with the clinical team.
• Commitment to professional accountability and ethical clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family counseling based on clinical training and competency.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with administrative staff and clinical leadership to support continuity of care.
• Participate in clinical consultation and supervision as applicable.
• Maintain a consistent schedule and communicate availability changes promptly.
• Uphold ethical, professional, and confidentiality standards.
