Job summary

Thriveworks is actively seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Virginia, offering a ramp stipend for 30+ hours per week. As a clinician-led organization with a nationwide hybrid care model, we support you with credentialing, scheduling, billing, and marketing assistance.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Virginia - LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate - we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our clients across the country.
• Manage telehealth sessions and coordinate with clinical leadership.
• Support credentialing, scheduling, and related administrative tasks to maintain seamless care delivery.
