Ideal candidates will have 3 years of critical care experience, MO and IL RN licensure preferred, and a BSN is preferred. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is eligible for this role.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Critical Care Experience preferred.
• MO and IL RN Licensure preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.
• Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment.
• Develops, implements, and documents plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
