Job summary

One Medical’s Virtual Medical Team (VMT) delivers world-class, convenient primary care to patients 24/7, 365 days a year, through telehealth and in-person collaboration. This full-time virtual role requires FNP certification, NH licensure, and the ability to work weekdays and alternating weekends, with a 12pm–11pm EST shift.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care or 2 years in urgent care/emergency medicine.
• Currently licensed in NH with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday required).
• Current shift: 12pm-11pm EST.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage, video visits, and email follow-ups.
• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities for continuous learning.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Utilize your clinical training to provide exceptional care to patients virtually.
