Job summary

AMC Health seeks a Warehouse Technician to prepare and configure telehealth devices, test functionality, and ensure quality control for shipped kits. The role supports inventory management, packing, and shipping in a fast-paced environment dedicated to patient care.

You will handle device sanitization, safety compliance, and cross-functional teamwork to meet daily targets while maintaining a clean, organized warehouse. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in warehouse, logistics, or technical support environment preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, device navigation, web-based systems).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Device Preparation & Configuration: Prepare and configure telehealth devices, ensuring correct software versions and updates are applied.
• Test all equipment for functionality prior to shipment and troubleshoot device issues as needed.
• Maintain accuracy and quality control standards for all prepared kits.
