Job summary

Matchly Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a full-time capacity. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

The role requires BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in ABA or a related field, with flexible shifts available.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $100-130/hour
• Full-Time: 20-40 hours/week or Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Can have LBA in: MO, NC,NJ, NY, CO
