Job summary

Matchly Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team. The BCBA will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families to ensure client success.

This full-time or part-time position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay at $100/hour, and opportunities for professional development. Location options include MD, CO, or VA, with in-person work as required.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.

• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
